Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 30-story above grade, 975-unit multi-residential development; parking garage; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Phase 2 of Gladstone Village will consist of up to 975 new affordable homes across three buildings on a 2.41-acre portion of the site. (Buildings A-E). Located beside the Corso Italia LRT Station in the heart of Ottawa, this next stage will contribute to the continued evolution of a connected and inclusive urban community. Site is bordered by Somerset Street to the north, the O-Train Trillium Line to the east, Preston Street to the west, and Oak Street to the south. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary. Architect has been announced by the owner for Phase 2. Updates may be available late spring 2026.
