New construction of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 400,000-square-foot, 20-story above grade educational facility.
Development of the second phase of the University of Toronto Partnerships in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (PIE) Complex at the St. George Campus. Scope includes the construction of a 20-storey tower with 3 mechanical floors immediately east of phase one where the Banting Building was demolished in 2025. The existing Zion Church at 88 College just to the east would be preserved. The tower that will be home to office and laboratories for researchers in regenerative medicine, genetics and precision medicine. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold pending owner's decision to proceed. Working drawings are complete. Owner will select a development partner; timelines have yet to be finalized. Tender and construction timeline are currently undetermined. Further update fall 2026.
