Renovation of a municipal facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 6, 2019, all bids have been received. All trades have been let. Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager to bid the project. Those bidders who are NOT previously prequalified for the current 2019 year must submit the form in this bid package. Confirm your status with Ms. Cassie Wells. Prequalifications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to bid. There is 5% security required to bid this project for every Bid Package. All bids exceeding $100,000 shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds. All bids results listed on Bid Tabulations are unofficial until scope reviews are conducted after the bid date. Final bid results will be based on base bid and any combination of alternates. Childers Construction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
