Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Generally consists of renovation of the existing offices, storage area, and open office area, conversion of storage space into a kitchenette, construction of four (4) conference rooms. The existing office renovations include interior finishes, select lighting and HVAC modifications. Renovation of the two storage areas include a demising wall to divide the storage room and a kitchenette conversion. This will include interior finishes, lighting, fire protection and HVAC modifications. Construction of the new conference rooms will include metal stud and gypsum wallboard partitions, acoustical ceiling panels, hollow metal frames for doors and windows, interior finishes, HVAC, lighting, power outlets, low voltage communication cable, and fire protection. A reception desk willbe constructed adjacent to the east elevator. The open office area renovation will receive acoustical panel ceilings, HVAC and lighting modifications, low voltage communication cabling, and power outlets.
