Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to perform various ADA improvements including new parking spaces, entrance ramps and toilet rooms and all other work as indicated on the Contract Documents and Specifications for the Municipal and Police Department buildings. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Questions may be submitted through PennBids Clarifications (From Vendors) tab on or before time 4:30 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Location - 26 FIRE HALL ROAD, BLOOMSBURG, PA 17815 2630 FIREHALL ROAD BLOOMSBURG, PA 17815 This Project Consists of Various Ada Improvements Including Neh Parking Spaces, Entrance Ramps, and Toilet Rooms for the Municipal and Police Department Buildings.
