Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the following: Paving Project: Mill approx. 6,544 SY at 1.5 depth and approx. 472 SY of 3 depth, furnish and place approx. 912 ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course and approx. 86 ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder Course-Fine Graded. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act rates shall be paid on the project, wage rates will be provided. MS-944 03-13
