CWU-27-B: Fire Alarm Upgrades ERH, JKA (Comm. Bldg. and Union), SRC and Redman Stadium Press Box Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the replacement of the following in Elwell Residence Hall, JKA Community Center and Union Residence Hall, Student Recreation Center and Redman Stadium Press Box: main fire alarm control panel, all initiating devices, all notification devices and all interface modules. The existing fire alarm wiring infrastructure will remain and be reused. Contract Cost Ranges: Electrical $1,210,000 to $1,270,000
