Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Contract 2023-04 includes but is not limited to replacement of the open timber tie deck, installation of graduated switch timber approach ties, rock stabilization at the West Abutment, underpinning repairs at Piers 1 and 2, flood debris removal, and cleaning of beam seats. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date, with the right to extend the time to 120 days if additional time is required due to approval of another government agency. The SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority, and to reject any or all bids.
