Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the Interior renovations to support replacement of two (2) motorized operable partitions at Kehr Union Building (KUB) at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania - Bloomsburg Campus. The Work generally includes installation of structural steel support framing, new interior partitions, doors and finishes and associated modification of existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems. Work identified under Alternate No. 1 includes replacement of recessed downlights located within an existing acoustical panel ceiling. Operable partitions will be provided under separate contract and installed by Owner's separate contractor in conjunction with the performance of work under this Project. Contract Cost Ranges: SSHE-82-CWU-25-B.1: General contractor: $180,000 - $190,000 SSHE-82-CWU-25-B.2: Mechanical/PP contractor: $ 18,000 - $ 20,000 SSHE-82-CWU-25-B.3: Electrical contractor: $ 22,000 - $ 25,000 Total: $220,000 - $235,000 Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
