Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the removal of (2) absorption chillers to be replaced with one electric chiller. The existing cooling tower is removed and replaced in kind. Work includes Removal of two absorption chillers and one cooling tower along with existing including piping and appurtenances, chiller pads, install one new electrical chiller and one new cooling tower along with associated piping and controls. Install new refrigerant monitoring system. Provide new structural supports for cooling tower. Disconnect power to removed equipment. Provide new circuits to new mechanical equipment. Patch and repair for walls and ceiling associated with installation on new conduits Cut-off Date for Pre-Bid Questions: January 10, 2024 by 12:00 PM EST
