Site work for a water / sewer project in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Award is expected to go to the low bidder. Construction is will likely take place between May and October this year.** Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate approximately 6,100 linear feet of existing 30 inch diameter sewer with the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner, cleaning of the pipe to be rehabilitated and disposal of pipe sediment, rehabilitation of existing manholes, pre and post television inspection of pipe to be rehabilitated, temporary bypass of wastewater flow, landscape restoration of areas disturbed during the work, and appurtenant work, complete as specified herein. The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work on or before the date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner, and to fully complete the project within 130 consecutive weekdays thereafter. The Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of twelve hundred ($1,200) Dollars for each consecutive weekday thereafter that the work is not complete as provided in the contract. Additional Information: No Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for this Project.
