Questions and requests for clarification related to the tender documents must be sent at least two working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders, by email , to the professional Gino Pelletier, Gino.Pelletier@ems-ing.com, in copy to Stephan Hamel, Hamel.Stephan@cscapitale.qc.ca , of the school board. All bids must be accompanied by a conforming bid bond representing 10% of the total bid price excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 45 days from the date of bid opening, failing which the bid will automatically be rejected. . This bid bond must be submitted on the mandatory form annex 4.01 a or appendix 4.01 b of the bid form or in the form of a certified check or bank draft . It will have to be exchanged at the signature of the contract, if necessary, for an execution bond and a guarantee of the obligations for wages, materials and service,always in accordance with mandatory forms annexed to the general conditions .
