Rehabilitation of the existing 6.0 MG pre-stressed concrete celestial ground storage tank that includes exterior concrete repair with roof coating, interior concrete repairs, new roof hatch, new sidewalk, new swale, new overflow pipes with flap valves, new wrought iron fence, and other miscellaneous improvements. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid from a reliable surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a Surety and be listed on the current U.S. Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties, or a Binder of Insurance executed by a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a surety or its authorized agent as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and Payment Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
