As of April 27, 2022, construction is complete. Ruder Elementary Addition and Remodel, Bid Package One expected to take place from the Spring of 2020 through the Summer of 2021. This project consists of site work, demolition, 51,000 sf of new construction and remodel work. Bid Package One -Building Shell. No pre-bid open house will be held, access to the existing building will be made available upon request. All Bids must include a Bid Guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total Base Bid and shall be submitted with the Bid in the form of lawful moneys of the United States, a cashiers check, certified check, bank draft or Bid Bond payable to the Owner, exe- cuted by an acceptable surety. All bids shall include the cost of the following: 100% Performance and Payment Bonds included as a separate line item on the Bid Form. 1% Montana Gross Receipts Construction Tax. Current Montana State Prevailing Wages. Permits specific to the bid scope of work. Each Contractor will be required to have a certificate of registration from the Employment Relations Division of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry in the proper classification.
