Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Generally, project is comprised of approximately: 150,000 SF of existing high school building to be retrofitted with a new variable refrigerant flow system and energy recovery ventilators to provide an improved student environment at the school. The electrical service will be updated and moved. Other work will include finishes, structural framing, mechanical penthouse construction and demolition work in areas impacted by the mechanical system. See Contract Documents for a complete scope of the Work. The project is publicly funded. Each bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License of the proper class, as defined, and set forth in the Montana Code Annotated. A Bid Security will be required: See Section 00 2000 for further information. Columbia Falls Schools District 6 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous.
