Site work and renovation of a civil project in Columbia Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following work: The project primarily consists of 9 sites made up of numerous wells, booster pumps stations, reservoirs, and sewer pump stations. The desire of the MLCWSD is to provide back-up power for the sites that do not have it, and to upgrade the water and sewer SCADA components to allow for remote monitoring of all sites and control of all well pumps. Labor, and equipment required to complete. Main Control Station (Site A) All work at this site shall be by the control's contractor. No electrical work at this site. Main Sewer Lift Station #1 & Well #1 (Site B) Provide for remote alarm annunciation and run status of the existing generator. Well #2 Building (Site C) Install a generator back-up power system with an automatic transfer switch to power the well pump. Provide for remote alarm annunciation and run status of the generator. Well #3 Building (Site D) Future Location - no work to be performed under this contract. Main Reservoir Tank #1 (Site E) Install a new mechanical level indicator on the exterior of the tank, install a second, redundant pressure transducer in the valve vault, all work at this site shall be by the control's contractor. No electrical work at this site. Tamarack Pump Station & Tank #2 (Site F) Install a new remote telemetry unit (RTU) to remotely monitor the tank level, system inlet/outlet pressure, and booster pump run status. Complete all input/output connections to the RTU as specified in the plans, specifications, and written scope of work. Install a general back-up power system with an automatic transfer switch to power the booster station. Provide for remote alarm annunciation and run status of the generator. Sewer Lift Station #2 (Meadow Lake West) - Site G Install a new remote telemetry unit (RTU) to remotely monitor the sewer lift station level and high-level alarms. Complete all input/output connections to the RTU as specified in the plans, specifications, and written scope of work. Install an automatic transfer switch to start the back-up generator at sewer lift station #3. The generator shall back-up both lift stations #2 and #3. Sewer Lift Station #3 (Meadow Lake Drive) - Site H Install a new remote telemetry unit (RTU) to remotely monitor the sewer lift station level and high-level alarms. Complete all input/output connections to the RTU as specified in the plans, specifications, and written scope of work. Install a generator back-up power system with an automatic transfer switch to power both lift stations #3 and #2. Provide for remote alarm annunciation and run status of the generator. Sewer Lift Station #4 (Mountain Watch) - Site I Install a new remote telemetry unit (RTU) to remotely monitor the sewer lift station level and high-level alarms. Complete all input/output connections to the RTU as specified in the plans, specifications, and written scope of work. Provide for remote alarm annunciation and run status of the existing generator. MLCWSD will review and award bids at a meeting scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, March 3, 2023. MLCWSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous.
