Estimated Construction Cost Range : $25,000.00-$1,800,000.00 University seeks to hire a Contractor to self-perform, without subcontractors, telecommunications structured cabling work to be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). Work under the JOC will be limited to the following: Intra-building telecommunications structured cabling construction involving low voltage systems trade work where the value of each job order performed is between $1.00 and $350,000.00, and where the work is performed only in the following locations: A. On-Campus: 1) Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center 2) 200 Medical Plaza 3) 300 Medical Plaza B. Off-Campus: 1) The Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital. 2) All University-owned off-campus buildings The successful Bidder will be required to have one of the following California current and active contractor's licenses at the time of submission of the Bid: C-07 License (Low Voltage Systems) or C-10 License (Electrical) Bidders must have the minimum experience set forth in the Prequalification Questionnaire contained in the Bidding Documents and posted on the UCLA Online Planroom. Bidders completed Prequalification Questionnaire must be received at the above-listed University Contracts Administration office in a sealed envelope, or uploaded to the UCLA Online Planroom, no later than: 3:00 p.m., February 7, 2019 Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy.
