Site work for a mixed-use development in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Email the purchasing department city of midland at purchasing@midlandtexas.gov to obtain bid information. The project will include the removal of existing storm drain infrastructure (primarily corrugated metal pipe and PVC pipe) and the installation of new storm drain infrastructure and appurtenances (primarily reinforced concrete pipe and HDPE pipe) including all necessary mobilization, saw-cutting, pavement removal, fence removal, excavation, embedment, backfill, pavement repair, pavement placement, sidewalk placement, ramp installation, erosion control, traffic control, coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as OSHA, franchise utilities, etc. as needed, One Call (Texas 811) notifications for pending work, notifications to adjacent property owners as directed by City of Midland staff, and all other work to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications, to satisfactorily complete the work.
