Hughes: Removal of old play equipment and surfacing, paving, and modifications to drainage and irrigation. Earthwork cut and fill, new play equipment, surfacing paving, and site restoration. Base Bid #2: Puget Ridge: Removal of old play equipment and surfacing, installation of new play equipment and surfacing, new concrete paving and pavers. Landscape restoration, concrete wall, site furnishings. Additive #1: E.C. Hughes: Wall mounted drinking fountain and associated appurtenances, concrete paving, and dumpster rail. Base Bid #1: $217,118.09; Base Bid #2: $96,525.18; Additive #1: $17,048.92 For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Park Development type of project with a Past Performance of 25% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
