This description is an overview and may not include specific reference to all work elements required to complete the contract. 1. Demolition of the existing building on the site. This includes removal of limited quantities of asbestos and lead paint. These are identified in Appendix Two: Limited Regulated Building Materials Survey 2. Demolition of existing pavements and foundation walls. 3. Demolition of all existing development which is not shown to remain. 4. Re-grading the site and installing new underground utilities. LOCATION: 5, Paving and striping the site to create an employee parking lot. 6. Installation of new power service and Owner-provided charging stations for electric vehicles. 7. Providing all low voltage and data conduit and cabling on the site. 8. Providing new landscaping, fencing and gates. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a ROADWAY type of project with a Past Performance of 20% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
