Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,344-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Interior and exterior renovations per plan for accessibility upgrades. Project elements includes selective demolition, installation of ADA lift, restroom renovations including plumbing, electrical and architectural finishes. Exterior work includes poured-in-place concrete ADA parking stall and ramp. Additive#!: Lobby Renovation; new ceiling finishes, new lighting, new wall finishes and new reception desk cladding, and new staircase opening & railing per plan. Additive #2: Vestibule Addition; New skylights and storefront entry per plan.
