This Project consists of the fol-lowing elements of Work: traffic control; erosion and sediment control; clearing and grubbing; dewatering; temporary sewer bypass; temporary stormwater bypass; water main support.; assist SPIT crews with water meter and service adjustments or relocations; surface removals; hauling; under-ground utility work (sewer relocations, side sewer reconnection; storm drain pipe and structures (including 72-inch diameter detention pipe and maintenance holes)); roadway and driveway restoration; pavement markings; seeded lawn, and landscaping. This Project is located in the Broadview neighborhood in NW Seattle along NW 125th St (west of 6th Ave NW), 10th Ave NW, and llth Ave NW (south of NW 122nd St). No pre-bid site inspection has been scheduled for this Project. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a UNDERGROUND type of project with a Past Performance of 15% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
