No pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Contractors are encouraged to review the site prior to bidding. Each bidder shall submit with their bid, either a bid guaranty and contract bond, or a certified check or proposal bond in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of his or her total bid, payable to CopleyFairlawn City School District, as surety that if said bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into and satisfactorily secure a contract. The successful bidder shall submit within ten days of written notification of bid acceptance, a satisfactory performance and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount both payable to Copley-Fairlawn City Schools. After submitting, no bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
