The general scope of the project is to construct a complete and usable new, single story general office building of approximately 22,000 square feet. The Construction will include the civil and site work necessary to provide user and ADA-required access to the building within the overall site concept future build-out of Block 2200. Planned construction method is to be concrete slab on grade, structural steel superstructure with pre-cast concrete walls. Expected construction cost of the building will be in excess of $10 Million. This is the second of several new buildings that will be designed and constructed during the build out of Block 2200.
