Renovation of an educational facility in Albany, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

*bids came in too high, project has been cancelled, not going to rebid ***As of April 5, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Per the owner no bids were submitted on time, late bid was rejected The project includes HVAC work, electrical, and fire alarm work. All work on this Contract shall be substantially complete by August 22, 2019 and full completion shall be done no later than September 5, 2019, starting five (5) calendar days after the contract approval date of both parties. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $ 150,000 for this project. Please note that this project is exempt from the Wicks Law.
