The Scope of Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, refurbishment of the existing landscaping and irrigation on the Via Princessa median from Weyerhauser Way to Sierra Highway, including removal of turf and installation of pavers. See the project drawings for more detailed description of the location and limits of the work. Contractor shall further adhere to the requirements contained in the City of Santa Clarita's Labor Compliance Program, approved by the DIR for projects with a Bid Advertise Date of November 20, 2003 or later, and which will become part of the conformed documents. All pertinent California statutes and regulations, including, but not limited to those referred to in the City's Labor Compliance Program, are incorporated herein by reference as though set forth in their entirety. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for obtaining a current edition of all California statutes and regulations and adhering to the latest editions of such. Each requested form must be uploaded individually. Remember to give yourself enough time to upload each document. Documents can be uploaded any time prior to bid opening. Contractor shall submit certified copy of all Certified Payroll Records with the progress payment on at least monthly basis to the City
