The Work includes chip seal of 35.9 miles of roadway. The project is broken into three (3) phases in the unincorporated areas of Jackson County, MO requiring three (3) mobilizations. Any Bidder, who has special needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, should notify the Project Manager at the number listed below, or through the Missouri Relay System. Jackson County hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged, minority, women, and veteran business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, gender or national origin, in consideration for an award.
