Engineering Estimate: $23,500,000 - $26,500,000 The Project consists of 1.9 acre, 30-foot wide public promenade and 4 acre town square. Work includes but is not limited to landscaping, hardscaping, signage, architectural finishes, handrails, lighting, and public seating.
