Drawings and Specifications will be available for viewing at the Town of Cairo Town Hall, 512 Main St. Cairo, NY 12413 between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the Bid will be required with submission of each bid. The successful bidders, to whom the contracts are awarded, will be required to provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full amount of the Contract. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. The Contractor must insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, religion, sex or national origin. New York State and Federal Prevailing Wage Requirements shall apply to this project. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the work site.
