It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a licensed Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and all other appurtenances required to successfully complete the construction of a potable water main and wastewater force main as described in the Contract Documents. The local license(s) required to perform the services are, Certified/Registered General, Certified/Registered Underground Utilities or Certified/Registered Master Plumber.
