New construction of a municipal facility in Jamesville, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Contract No. 2 - Electrical Transfer Station Modifications The work consists of demolition of existing building and utilities; construction of buildings and additions; modifications to existing buildings; installation of inbound and outbound scales with scale houses; driving surfaces including pavement restoration; storm water management features; yard piping; water service utilities; and other miscellaneous site-specific features; HVAC modifications and equipment, plumbing and fire suppression modifications and equipment, and electrical/instrumentation work in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by GHD Consulting Services Inc. The subject heading for all e-mails and faxes shall be: OCRRA Rock Cut Road Transfer Station Modifications Contract No. Questions will be received until 2:30 p.m. on February 15, 2019. No response will be given to questions received after that date. OCRRA will provide a full written response to all potential bidders by February 20, 2019 M/WBE applicants encouraged.
