**As of November 11, 2022, project was awarded to Contract #1 – Bouley Associates , Contract #2 – Burns Bros Plumbing and Contract #3 – Patricia Electric but awarded amount is not available.** OCRRA seeks bids for transfer station optimization improvements at its Rock Cut Road Transfer Station in Jamesville. M/WBE applicants encouraged. Questions will be received until 2:00 p.m. on August 31, 2022. No response will be given to questions received after that date. OCRRA will provide a full written response/an addendum to all potential bidders by close of business September 7, 2022. The work is part of the Rock Cut Road Transfer Station Optimization Project and consists of loadout modifications; structural protection; fire protection system modifications; electrical modifications; and water supply modifications in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Cornerstone Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC (Cornerstone).
