The scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Demolition and removal of masonry walls, lockers, and flooring. New masonry infill, new flooring, painting, new doors and frames. The removal and upgrade of the gym divider curtain. TCAPS Board Approval: March 13, 2023 Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. TCAPS Weight Room Expansion Project includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide all work, permits and coordinate inspections, testing and start-up necessary for all project components. 2. The removal of and disposal of existing masonry wall(s), lockers and bases, existing flooring. 3. Remove and salvage existing ceiling panels. Palletize and turn over to Owner. 4. Masonry infill, new doors and frames, new flooring. 5. Remove existing Gym Divider Curtain and install new. 6. ALTERNATE No. 1; Provide and install Floor Type 2 in areas indicated on A-01. 7. ALTERNATE No. 2; Omit Floor Type 1 from project in Areas indicated as Floor Type 3 associated with Alternate No. 3. 8. ALTERNATE No. 3; Provide and install Floor Type 3 in areas indicated on A-01.
