Letting Date/Item Number: 230303 011 2.15 mi of hot mix asphalt reconstruction, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ramp upgrades, storm sewer improvements, bridge rehabilitation including epoxy overlay and bearing replacements and pavement markings on US-31/M-37/M-72/M-22 from west of US-31/M-37/Division Street easterly to north side of M-37 North/Garfield Avenue in the city of Traverse City, Grand Traverse County. This project includes two 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties and a 5 year performance warranty. Control Sec Job No Federal No M 28013 207057A N/A NH 28013 131655A 23A0271 Net classification required for this project is 22796 Ea or Comb/Jt. 22796 Cb, K In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, Ea and K. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
