As of December 2, 2021 this project has been awarded and the award will be officially presented to Leawood City Council on December 6, 2021 Leawood Fire Station #1 Work includes a new Fire Station building, concrete foundations, walls and slabs, Interior construction, Site clearing and soil preparation, Site grading, Asphalt and concrete paving systems, Utility extensions, Landscaping, Segmental Retaining Walls, Signage, concrete foundations, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, brick and stone veneers, casework, fiber-cement siding, and Trash/Service. The Work to be performed under the provisions of these documents and the Plans and Specifications consist of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools and plant, the performance of all necessary labor and the construction, installation and completion of all Work required in connection with the construction of park and building improvements.
