Description: The work includes the construction of: Reconstruction of Bristol Street from north of University Avenue to north of Maywood Avenue and reconstruction of North Avenue from Bristol Street to Mayflower Drive including approximately 5316 CY Unclassified Excavation 3600 LF Water Main 390 LF Sanitary Sewer 3570 SF Sidewalk Removal and Replacement 7410 TONS Dense Graded Aggregate Base Course 3211 TONS HMA Pavement 1413 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter Pavement Markings, Restoration of the Work Area, and other Miscellaneous Items in conformance with the Contract Documents. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a surety in a form acceptable to the City equal to at least 5 percent of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER. The City of Middleton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
