Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Grubbing & Clearing, Aggregate, Construction, Retaining Walls, Trails and/or Multipurpose Trails, Landscaping, ADA Curb Ramps, Excavation, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: The work includes the construction of a multi-use path along Century Avenue (CTH M) from Highland Way to Signature Drive, including approximately 3,380 lineal feet of 10' path comprised of asphalt pavement surface. The project includes multiple Versa-Lok block retaining walls, concrete curb ramps, grading, erosion control, restoration, and other miscellaneous items in conformance to the Contract Documents. There is also an alternative for paving and restoration of the existing multi-use path along the Pheasant Branch Conservancy between Branch St. and Middleton Springs Dr. This includes approximately 695 lineal feet of 10' path comprised of asphalt pavement surface and shoulder restoration. Preliminary construction of this path segment was completed in 2020.
