As of August 24, 2022, project was awarded to Kiewit Infrastructure South Co, awarded amount is $18,415,883.50. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for the construction of the McCoy's Creek Channel Improvements/Restoration - Phase IA in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. THIS BID IS FOR VENDORS WHO WERE PREQUALIFIED UNDER RFQ-0028-21 ONLY. Any questions please contact the buyer at jstamos@coj.net Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for the construction of the McCoy's Creek Channel Improvements/Restoration - Phase IA as depicted in Contract Drawings. The construction area consists of McCoys Creek itself and surrounding banks along McCoys Creek Boulevard from Leland Street to I-95. The work includes, but is not limited to Part A: site preparation, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, pipe culvert installation, Riprap System installation, erosion and sedimentation control, plantings, site restoration; Part B: remediation of ash contaminated soil; and all other related work in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications
