Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a fire / police facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility.
Misc. site & interior renovations for three (3) existing COJ Fire Stations to provide ADA upgrades. These ADA upgrades are part of a larger program that will total fourteen (14) Fire Stations by the end of the year - this is 'Group 1'. Please provide standalone pricing for each individual location. Work is anticipated to start late-August. Scopes include demolition, sitework, fencing, site concrete, ramp railings, millwork, aluminum storefront, doors & hardware, drywall & ceilings, ceramic tile, painting, toilet accessories, interior signage, window blinds, plumbing, HVAC & electrical. JSEB participation is encouraged. The project goal is 10%. JSEB vendors are required to include the provided JSEB Form 2 with their bid
