Piggyback Contract No Colorado Mountain College's Spring Valley Campus located at 3000 County Road 114, Spring Valley, CO requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to remodel the Sopris Hall Residence Hall as described on Construction Documents (Renovation: Interior Elevations & Unit Plans, Demolition: Interior Elevations & Unit Plans) dated January 26, 2019 and Project Specifications dated February 1, 2019 completed by Johnson Architects and attached hereto. Completion by July 31, 2019. All punch list items must be complete by August 10, 2019.
