This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the "City") to prequalified bidders of RFSQ-01-22 to submit bids for ITT-19-22 Cedargrove Park Stormwater Management Facility Sediment Removal and Retrofit, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to complete the Cedargrove Park Stormwater Management Facility Sediment Removal and Retrofit, requirements and specifications set out in or attached to this ITT. This project involves a major retrofit of the existing Cedargrove Stormwater Management Facility located northeast of the intersection of Glenforest Blvd and Sherbrooke St. in Peterborough. The project will involve a complete rebuild of the facility including inlet and outlet structures, overland flow routes, removing a significant amount of fill material to increase the pond volume as well as improvements to upstream mainline sewer infrastructure including catch basin and maintenance hole work. The project will also include all restoration items including stabilizing disturbed material, landscaping and tree planting.
