This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Demolition and Construction of the Beavermead Campground Gatehouse Building. Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor for the demolition of the existing Gatehouse Building and construction of a new gatehouse entry building for the Beavermead Campground located at 2011 Ashburnham Drive, Peterborough, Ontario K9L 1P8. The selected Bidder must be prepared to commence the work on site on October 18, 2021. All work must be completed no later than Friday, May 6, 2022 or sooner.
