Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scott City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Specification Section 11 4000 - Food Service Equipment is an integral part of this work. Review Kitchen Equipment Plans. We anticipate kitchen equipment installation early August 2019. * Provide information and manpower to coordinate rough-in locations and sizes with mechanical and electrical subcontractors. * Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to supply and install kitchen equipment complete. * Provide field welding as required complete. * Submittals shall include rough-in plans and diagrams within 15 days of award. Fabrication drawings shall be submitted and approved prior to fabrication. * Include all costs to final clean all surfaces and equipment and test equipment prior to punchlist. * Include all costs involved to provide owner training on all installed equipment. Subcontractor shall provide on company letterhead 5 days before mobilization to the jobsite the names of employees who will be working on site with the following information: * Employees who will operate equipment shall be identified and include documentation of training. * Verification through US Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify program status for employees hired after December 31, 2007. * Background checks are required for any subcontractor's employees on site due to the proximity of young kids(school). Subcontractor shall not employ registered sex offenders on this project.
