Site work and paving for a civil project in Kimberly, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of reconstruction of Oak Street and Pine Street and new street construction of Red Cedar Parkway, White Cedar Parkway and Papermill Run. Papermill Run also includes a 12 foot wide concrete multi-model trail. Estimated concrete street paving quantities include: u Street Reconstruction 5,000 S.Y. u New Streets 9,000 S.Y. u Concrete Trail 3,000 S.Y. The project additionally includes miscellaneous concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, turf restoration, stump removal, storm sewer, and water main construction. A Proof Of Responsibility (Pre-Qualification) Form for all Contracts in excess of $10,000 must be filed in the office of McMahon Associates, Inc., Attn: Brad Werner, P.O. Box 1025, Neenah, Wisconsin 54857-1025 not later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date of receiving Bids, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment and experience to properly perform the Contract. The Village of Kimberly's decision as to qualifications shall be final. Prequalification Required: Y
