Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kimberly, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Concrete Walkway, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Road Concrete Repair, Concrete Repair The work shall consist of a 10-foot-wide concrete multimodal trail (900 S.Y.), 4-inch and 6-inch sidewalk block replacements (3,000 S.F.), concrete street pavement patching (300 S.Y.) and associated turf restoration. All Bids shall be addressed to Danielle Block, Administrator, Village of Kimberly, 515 W. Kimberly Avenue, Kimberly, Wisconsin 54136. Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents.
