A Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bidders are required to submit two (2) copies of an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement to the offices of Nicholas & Associates, Inc., 2123 South Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60005, prior to the above bid date.
