The City of Alturas invites separate sealed bids for construction of Central Business District Pedestrian Access Improvements Project in Alturas, California. The work consists of construction and/or reconstruction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, valley gutters, driveways, and pedestrian curb ramps. The work includes drainage modifications, adjustment of utility covers to grade, miscellaneous utility modifications, and reconstruction of hot mix asphalt pavement section. Advertisement of the project begins on February 1, 2019. Complete the work within 75 working days. The work shall be done in accordance with the Standard Plans 2010 and Standard Specifications 2010, of the California Department of Transportation and in accordance with the special provisions.
