Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required for work as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Proposal forms and other contract documents are on file in the office of the Superintendent, Three Rivers Park District, 3000 Xenium Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55441-1299. The current minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be the local prevailing rate, including fringe benefits as defined in Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Superintendent before the stated bid time and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
