The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Project 25-02 - BC23A.2 HVAC for the Bloomington Ice Garden Modernization project. Reference specification section 01 11 50 Work Sequence and Bid Categories for scope pertaining to this bid category. Question Deadline: Thu Jan 30, 2025 5:00 PM (CST) COMPLETION TIME: Substantial Completion: September 30, 2025 Final Completion: December 31, 2025 A certified check or cashiers check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
