Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of January 13, 2021, this project has been completed. Work includes work on 3 of Marion ISDs existing campuses: Krueger Elementary, Marion High School, and Marion Middle School. All proposals need to be broken out by EACH campus. Marion ISD and Jackson Construction Co., Inc. reserve the right to award the contract on any basis deemed in their best interest. They also reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any formalities.
